Video Benefits

Some websites sell instructional art videos that are eight hours or longer. You see every paint stroke, and it's literally like watching paint dry.

Guess what? That's boring. And if you're bored, you won't learn much.

Underpainting Secrets for Artists is different. It's entertaining. It's also eighty-five minutes instead of eight hours. That means that you'll learn the essentials.

Best of all, a modern-day master artist — Eric Bossik — will teach you the essentials in his video.

Eric won a Grumbacher award for portraiture, and his paintings have been exhibited in prominent art galleries and museums.

His military history paintings have even been featured on the covers of books published by Harper Collins.

In this video, he will show you:

  • How to use the necessary art tools
  • How to set up a dramatic light source and illuminate your subject matter
  • How to arrange and compose a strong still life composition
  • How to prepare and prime your canvas
