Every artist from Rembrandt to John Singer Sargent has lived and learned from the Critique. It is where you hear from an expert what you are doing right and what you may be doing wrong. It is a teaching experience second to none. And it is now available to you for the first time from Eric Bossik.

When you submit your artwork – whether it is a painting or a drawing – to Eric Bossik you will receive a detailed, constructive evaluation of your work, along with personalized guidance designed to help you improve all of your efforts.

If you are honest with yourself, you know that it's almost impossible to be objective about your own work. You need a second pair of eyes, someone who has been there, done that, and is at a higher level than you; someone who can tell you exactly how to get to the next level. Someone who can identify the problems you may be having, and explain how you can overcome them.

The cost of this extensive service is far less than you might imagine. Each critique is only $40 when you submit either a painting or a drawing. Less than the cost of a dinner at a moderately priced restaurant. And what you learn may turn out to be priceless.     

ONLY 4 SIMPLE STEPS TO GET STARTED

  1. Select the amount of artwork you would like to be critiqued by clicking the add to cart button. You can Add (+) or Subtract (-) the amount of artwork to be critiqued in your shopping cart. Checkout and pay for your selected artwork using PayPal. 

  2. Send me an email with your artwork attached as jpeg files.

  3. Your email should include a brief description of each artwork to be critiqued: Include the title, medium, substrate example: (canvas, panel, paper etc.) and stage of artwork; (finished or unfinished).

  4. Add all the questions that you have regarding the artwork to be critiqued. 

That's all there is to it!

WHAT YOU WILL GET

I will email you a complete critique of your artwork including:

  • A PDF file containing a Photoshop image of your artwork with simple, clear and detailed information for improving every aspect of your picture.
  • Written explanation of how you can improve the artwork including methods and techniques that will help you.
  • After you receive your critique you may send me a second email with any question you might have.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours to review your artwork for critique.

Art Critiques start at $40 for the critique of one artwork. You can add extra artworks to be critiqued in your shopping cart.
